Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends and patterns in sales performance and compensation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales leadership and finance, to gather input and ensure alignment on compensation plans. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation plans and make recommendations for improvements or adjustments as needed. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales compensation to ensure competitiveness and effectiveness. Create and maintain documentation and communication materials related to sales compensation plans and policies. Partner with HR to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to sales compensation. Provide guidance and support to sales team members regarding compensation plans, targets, and incentives. Use strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues related to sales compensation.
