The Overnight Distribution & Logistics Manager VII at John F. Kennedy Airport Distribution Center, involves assisting with warehouse personnel leadership, inventory management, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance while coordinating operations across multiple lines of business including retail, restaurants, and duty-free shops to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
· Own Daily Distribution Operations: Lead Day‑to‑day distribution center execution for an assigned business line (Retail, Duty Free, or Food & Beverage), ensuring reliable receiving, fulfillment, and replenishment.
· Ensure Inventory & Logistics Accuracy: Maintain accurate inventory flow, product handling, and system integrity across transportation, returns, and replenishment using core enterprise systems.
· Lead Warehouse Teams: Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance of warehouse teams to ensure productivity, service consistency, and compliance with company and labor requirements.
· Partner Across the Business: Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues while monitoring and improving key operational metrics.
· Uphold Compliance & Safety Standards: Ensure adherence to regulatory, food safety, and facility safety requirements to protect product quality and operational integrity.
Qualifications:
· Lift up to 60 lbs and work in various environmental conditions (hot and cold).
· Previous stockroom or warehouse experience preferred.
